Sandra has over 25 years of experience in marketing and communications and successfully leads diverse, cross-functional, and multicultural teams. She has managed multi-million dollar budgets with precision and efficiency, while cultivating collaborative relationships with clients and ad agencies. Sandra has worked with C-suite executives, government officials, A-list celebrities and award-winning directors and producers. Her photographic work has been displayed on Times Square billboards and she has been published on playbill.com. Sandra’s expertise produces creative campaigns that deliver measurable business growth.

ART DIRECTOR & ILLUSTRATOR

Zarina is a graphic and multimedia artist, animator, illustrator and video editor. She earned her BA degree in Industrial Design from the ITESM, Mexico and a Design certificate from the Academy of Art University of San Francisco, California. She has 10+ years of artistic multidisciplinary expertise allowing her to create visually compelling pieces that seamlessly blend creativity and functionality. Zarina’s artistic vision and skills to direct engineers and creatives, has consistently delivered impactful results across various printed and digital media.

SENIOR FRONT END DEVELOPER

Miguel has over 10 years of experience developing and maintaining IT systems and specializes in troubleshooting and solving complex technical problems while enhancing overall system performances. His patience and leadership skills effectively bridge the gap between technical teams, creatives and end users facilitating smooth support processes and maintaining excellent client relationships through clear professional interactions.

SENIOR DESIGNER

Creative multi-disciplinary designer. Cecilia specializes in brand management and has international experience developing brand images for large organizations. She has a Master’s degree in Brand Management from IED Madrid in Spain.

CONTENT CREATOR & DESIGNER

Sam is a designer, illustrator, and videographer. She earned her BA degree in Communications and Digital Media from ITESM, Mexico, and a Master's Degree in Advanced Graphic Design from LABASAD Barcelona School of Arts and Design. Sam is highly skilled and experienced in various forms of art, illustration, and graphic design. She is also an accomplished content creator with a large follower base. Her art and lifestyle posts have generated millions of views across social media platforms.

FINANCIAL MANAGER

Silvia is the financial manager for In Bloom Creative Solutions. She is an Honors graduate in Financial Management from ITESM, Mexico and earned a Master of Education with a concentration in Society, Culture and Politics in Education from the University of British Columbia. Silvia has more than 10 years’ experience in diverse fields, such as statistical analysis, management, marketing, finance, copy editing and education. She is passionate about fostering learning environments that encourage critical thinking, creativity and cultural awareness. Silvia has collaborated on multidisciplinary projects across academic, corporate and nonprofit sectors.

CREATIVE WRITER

BFA from University of North Carolina School of the Arts, 8+ years in theatre production and stage management, award-winning children’s author, word lover.
